WE HAVE A 0 - REFUND POLICY DUE TO ALL ARTWORK BEING HANDMADE, SPECIFICALLY OUR QUICK CUSTOM ART & XTRA CUSTOM ART WHICH MAY INCLUDE PRIVATE CUSTOMER DETAILS FOR EXAMPLE THEIR NAME OR FACE IF CHOSEN AND IS THEREFORE NOT FOR RESALE & NON REFUNDABLE. CONCERNING OUR PRINTS, WE ALSO SHARE THIS POLICY AS WE TAKE MEASURES TO PACKAGE EACH PIECE WITH AN ANTI LIQUID ENVELOPE FOR LIQUID DAMAGE PREVENTION, cARDBOARD SLIDERS FOR BEND PREVENTION, ALL INCASED IN A HARD TO BEND CARDBOARD ENVELOPE AND THICK ''FRAGILE'' TAPE TO NOTIFY THE COURIER TO TAKE CARE. OUR DAMAGE PREVENTION RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LEFT WITH THE COURIER AND SO ALL DAMAGE REPORTS SHOULD BE DEALT WITH THEM.
